1. Eligibility
We want you to be happy with Radius. If the App does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Radius Refund Request".
- Include the email address used for purchase and your order or transaction ID.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction due to features that were clearly described before purchase (e.g., macOS-only, requires Bluetooth).
- Issues caused by unsupported hardware or operating system versions below the stated requirements.
5. Exceptions
If you experience a critical bug that prevents the App from functioning at all and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund outside the 14-day window at our discretion.
