1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Radius application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Radius is a macOS menu-bar utility that automatically locks your Mac when your tracked Bluetooth devices move out of range. The App may include free and paid ("Pro") features.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

4. Purchases & Payment

• Paid features or the full App may be offered as a one-time purchase or subscription through our payment processor.
• All prices are listed at the point of sale and may change without prior notice.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must grant the required system permissions (Bluetooth, Notifications, Location, Input Monitoring) for the App to function correctly.
• You are responsible for the security of your macOS account and password.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• You agree not to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. By using the App you consent to the practices described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its code, design, name, and logo — are owned by Enrique53XD (Saúl González). These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will lock your Mac in every scenario. Bluetooth signal strength varies by environment and hardware.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrique53XD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guatemala, without regard to conflict of law principles.
